Phoenix Weaponry NFA Project - Sten MK-II & Variants

Originally designed in 1940 during the Battle of Britain as a cheaper alternative to the Thompson SubMachine Gun.

Sten Mark II

Firing from the open bolt and made mostly from sheet metal and tubing, it only cost 11 dollars to produce 3.7 to 4.6 million versions. The magazine was based on the MP40 design and was supposed to be interchangeable, which might have been useful for the French resistance behind enemy lines. The Sten was even produced with an integral suppressor system similar to the MP5SD as the MK VI. There are many small variations, not including the official MK numbers from MK I thru MK VI. They were manufactured in at least 13 different countries in different variations over the years. The cyclic rate of the Sten MK II makes this one of the favorites at our demos of newer full auto

Phoenix Weaponry is very familiar with each of these Sten variants and can repair, restore, or re-manufacture any part of them. Each of these pictured were converted to a post-sample from a semi-auto version. The bolt, trigger, hammer, and sear were re-manufactured in each of these models along with adding a Phoenix Weaponry suppressor and making a new buttstock for the Sten.
