Return Policy
Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your
purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund of the purchase price minus a 20% restocking fee. Please see below
for more information on our return policy.
RETURNS
All returns must be postmarked within 30 days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all
original tags and labels attached. Phoenix Weaponry reserves the right to increase the restocking fee up to 100% for any deviation
from this policy.
Please note that there are no returns allowed on NFA items once they have left Phoenix Weaponry's facility. If a customer is unable to
gain the proper licensing to own the NFA item, they may choose to send the item back to Phoenix Weaponry to be destroyed or work
with their receiving FFL to put the item up on consignment. No refunds or credits will be issued in these cases.
RETURN PROCESS
To return and item, please email customer service at info@phoenixweaponry.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization
(RMA) number. After receiving a RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging and return the form provided, and
mail your return to the following address:

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges.
REFUNDS
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return. Please allow at least five (5) days
from the receipt of your item to process your return. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement,
depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

For defective or damaged products, please contact us at the contact details below to arrange a refund or exchange.

Sale items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned.
Deposits
Please note that deposits are refundable for a period of 90 days. For custom builds and pre-ordered weapons, a non-refundable
materials deposit is required.
The full balance for any weapon build is expected prior to the commencement of the coating process. In the event of an order
cancellation after the weapon has been coated, a 50% restocking fee will be applied. For custom or non-standard coatings, we retain
the right to charge a restocking fee of up to 75%. We would also like to advise that for non-standard production or custom builds
that are more than 50% complete, cancellations and refunds are not permissible.
Please be advised that for fully completed firearm orders that remain uncollected by the customer for a period exceeding thirty (30)
days, or for which an outstanding balance remains, Phoenix Weaponry retains the right to cancel the order. In such instances, the
deposit remitted will be retained in its entirety.
