Phoenix Weaponry January 2022 in review

Starting the new year with a countdown to SHOT Show, we were buttoning up all of the last-minute items for the booth we were finally ready. After the new year, we had a bring your AK to work day where everyone with an AK variant got to bring it in along with their best eastern block clothing.

New for 2022, we debuted our new integrally suppressed, breaching, 12-gauge shotgun. The breacher is machined from 4130 Chromoly steel and is heat-treated to 48 Rockwell. Essentially made strong enough to jam into any wood or metal door and blow the doorknob off.

We kicked off our new AR-15 build class, where you can add-on to your Phoenix Weaponry rifle a build class where our master gunsmiths will teach you how to safely build your AR-15. Then in the afternoon, a Class 1 Carbine course is taught where a firearms instructor will show you how to safely operate your new Phoenix Weaponry AR-15. See more here:

Rocky Mountain Tactical Coatings continues to come out with more awesome patterns, this time the guys unveiled a water spot camo coating.

The CZ61 receiver builds are getting close to being finished and assembled, so stay tuned for a test fire video and write up on those.

Late January was here, and it was finally time to leave for SHOT Show 2022. With the RV and the trailer packed up, it was time to make our way over the snowy rocky mountains and get to the show. Upon arriving, one of the first things we saw was an old British Ferret parked outside of one of the hotels! At the show, Ralph Troy Hicks released his new book –
The Fundamentals of Long Range Shooting Vol. III, complete with the RTH model Phoenix Weaponry rifle, you can hit any target. See the RTH rifle here: https://www.phoenixweaponry.com/rth-firearms

Wednesday evening, after the show Phoenix Weaponry rented out The Oak Room bar at the Rockhouse where we had a party for all of our friends, dealers, and suppliers.

SHOT Show ran all week, and we were very happy with how consistently busy the booth was, where we got to meet existing dealers and set up new dealers from around the nation. We’ve also garnered attention from several companies and agencies internationally that want the revered Christine .45-70 auto. Phoenix Weaponry also launched new red dot optic mounts for lever actions, the integrally suppressed 12-gauge breaching shotgun, and the new dealer starter kit full of billet AR accessories.

Keep an eye out on the next season of
Double Lung T.V. because we will have 4 Phoenix Weaponry rifles that those guys will be using.

We are proud to announce that one of our firearms instructors, Military Veteran and long-time friend Ryan Armagost is running for the new Colorado House of Representatives District 64. Read more about the new district and Ryan here:
